Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Professional and individual care and support of our residents in a care living group

• Ensuring individual, professional, and warm care and support together with colleagues

• Carrying out and documenting medical procedures as prescribed by the doctor

• Maintaining nursing documentation (ePDok) according to RAI-NH2

What You Bring for This Position

• Training as a nursing specialist

• Proven experience in care and support

• Open-minded, motivated personality with high social competence

• High resilience, flexibility, and ability to work independently

• Completed further training as a RAI coordinator or willingness to complete it with us
