Health Professional (80%) with additional role as Vocational Trainer

Your tasks

• Holistic, needs-oriented, individual, and competent care and support of our residents

• Competently executing nursing measures

• Ensuring complete, professional care documentation (ePDok) and participating in care needs assessment according to RAI

• Taking on tasks as a vocational trainer (FaGe)

• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ

• Professional experience in nursing (ideally in a long-term institution)

• Completed vocational trainer course and at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role

• Customer-oriented personality with a high willingness to serve

• Strong sense of responsibility and high quality awareness

• Noticeable joy in contact with people, respectful interaction with all stakeholders, communication, and teamwork skills

• A warm and humorous attitude
