Your tasks

• Responsibility for individual professional care and support considering the care process

• Assuming daily and shift responsibility

• As a specialist, you support and relieve the team in nursing tasks

• Competent documentation of care and support services (ePDok)

• Co-responsibility for the implementation and development of quality management

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with corresponding Swiss recognition

• You convince both professionally and personally and can set the right priorities

• Independent, reliable, and precise working style

• High quality awareness and passion for long-term care

• You empathetically respond to the diverse needs of our residents
