Liebenau Helios is an institution of Liebenau Switzerland non-profit AG and offers 55 care places for long-term care, as well as holiday, day, and night stays. Our residents live in family-like living communities on three floors.

or Health Specialist EFZ 40-80%

• Professional, competent, and individual care and support for our residents

• Shift responsibility and implementation of medically prescribed measures

• Implementation and documentation of the care process

• Participation and implementation of our key person concept

Your profile

• Completed tertiary education as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, FH, DNII, DNI, Long-Term Care, Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognized by the SRK

• Communication and conflict resolution skills, flexibility, and openness to change

• Open-minded, motivated personality with high social and self-competence

• Fluent German in spoken and written form

• Strong analytical and coordinating skills, combined with organizational talent

• RAI knowledge is an advantage
