Liebenau Dorfplatz in Oberhelfenschwil offers its 36 residents and 5 spa guests a maximum of security, self-determination, and quality of life. Over 60 employees take care of the physical and mental well-being of our residents and guests every day. The public solar swimming pool is one of the largest private therapy pools in Switzerland. Our catering service offers excellent menus, banquets, and catering.

• Professional care and support

• Promotion of quality development within the nursing sector

• Professional responsibility for the entire nursing process in collaboration with the nursing and care management, according to our understanding of care and quality standards

• Support of the nursing and care management in training concepts in practice

• Introduction and support of employees

Your profile

• Completed nursing training (HF, AKP, DN II)

• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

• Independent work as well as high reliability, empathy, and social competence

• Resilience and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Willingness to actively shape a positive working atmosphere
