Liebenau Dorfplatz in Oberhelfenschwil offers its 36 residents and 5 spa guests a maximum of security, self-determination, and quality of life. Over 60 dedicated employees take care of the physical and mental well-being of our guests every day. The public solar swimming pool is one of the largest private therapy pools in Switzerland. Training Coordinator for Nursing and Care (60 %)

Your tasks

• Organization, planning, and implementation of practical training for learners in FaGe and AGS

• Close collaboration with the nursing and care management in the further development of the training concept

• Active participation in change processes and quality assurance

• Creating a learning-friendly environment for our trainees

• Support and accompany the trainers in their daily work

Your profile

• Professional nursing education at tertiary level (HF, FH, DNII, etc.)

• Trainer certificate including ODA courses

• Learning pedagogy training (SVEB) or willingness to complete it

• Experience in training and leadership tasks

• Didactic skill and high communication competence
