Your area of responsibility includes:

• Care of fleet customers as well as processing customer and employee inquiries

• Co-responsibility for the telephone switchboard, incoming mail, and general administrative processes

• Organization and coordination of maintenance, cleaning, winter service, and holiday planning

• Management of orders, inventory, keys, access rights, and advertising spaces

• Accounting (creation, review, preliminary accounting, obtaining & comparing quotes)

• Document and process management (archiving & process documentation)

• Support of daily operations including supervision of interns

You bring:

• Completed commercial training

• 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally related to accounting

• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking

• Team-oriented and structured working style

• Proficient in MS Office

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
