HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER 80-100% (m/f)
Working days: Monday to Friday, without room hours

You are the creative mind and strong support of our kitchen – with freedom, responsibility, and direct contact with our guests. In a varied environment between sports, leisure, and enjoyment, you create culinary experiences that inspire.

Your tasks:

• Independent menu planning and coordination of the kitchen

• Preparation of various dishes for our guests

• Inventory management, purchasing of goods, and compliance with hygiene regulations

• Assistance and support at events

• Flexible involvement in service and reception to ensure daily operations
