Shift Leader / Operational Mechanic (100%)

At Kistler AG in Gommiswald

As a Shift Leader / Operational Mechanic at Kistler AG, your main responsibility is to ensure timely, qualitatively and quantitatively flawless production according to the specifications from the production order, as well as the preparation, conversion, and setup of the assigned production facilities. This also includes performing defined maintenance work and independent repairs, as well as the continuous optimization of processes and workflows in your area of responsibility. Troubleshooting and documentation of disturbances, as well as adjustment of parameters, complete the task profile.

Competencies:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a mechanical/technical environment

• Several years of professional experience in production, preferably in the hygiene or food sector

• Very dynamic, independent, and self-motivated working style, enjoyment of collaboration with people, as well as good physical resilience and a high technical understanding

• Experience with Lean and KVP

• Very good German language skills

• Forklift certification is an advantage
