The Aging and Care Department of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in serviced living, we are looking for a reliable and committed nursing professional with an extended area of responsibility immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks
Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support in the key person system including case management
Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process
Advising and supporting the nursing team in complex care situations in the living group
Analyzing complex care and support situations and initiating measures as well as their evaluation
Supporting the group leader and the vocational trainer in specialist questions
Participation in working groups or projects, collaboration with nursing experts
Taking over daily responsibility in morning and evening shifts
Your profile
Qualification as a nurse HF or FH, with completed further training or willingness to complete such (e.g. CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)
High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style
Very good oral and written German skills
Very good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs
RAI knowledge is an advantage
