Welcome to the WG LH 3 EG – or rather: in a lively, warm community with two locations (new building on the Lukashaus site and right in the village of Grabs). Currently, 11 residents live here, supported by a team of 12 motivated individuals who support, challenge, and celebrate each other. Our residents communicate partly non-verbally, require increased support – and in return, offer even more direct, unfiltered encounters.

Your Mission
If you enjoy shaping everyday life, allowing closeness, and taking on responsibility, you will feel at home here:
Support and care for our residents – with patience, humor, and genuine presence.
Assistance in all practical life areas – from morning rituals to evening relaxation.
Key worker tasks, including communication with relatives, specialists, and internal partners.
Routine organization and a bit of admin – it’s part of the job, but we keep it manageable.
What You Should Bring
You know: It takes professional know-how, but just as much intuition and attitude:
Completed training in social or health care (FaBe, FaGe or comparable).
Experience with challenging behavior? Jackpot. Otherwise, we will teach you.
Willingness to support learners – or motivation to learn it.
Weekend shifts are okay with you.
Physical suitability for care tasks.
Team player with independence, communication enthusiasm, and courage to think along.
