as a Residential Group Leader (80-100%) starting January 2026 or by agreement

A diverse range of tasks awaits you in a residential group with 22 residents in medium to high care levels. As a Residential Group Leader, you will be responsible for management tasks. A qualified person is responsible for ensuring care quality and all nursing matters, with whom you will work hand in hand.

Your tasks on board:

• Together with the qualified person, you will steer the residential group through wind and waves and keep it on course. Your focus: creating deployment plans, organizing team meetings, conducting employee discussions, maintaining contacts with residents and relatives, among others.

• You will work directly in care

• You are part of the management team and assist with cross-departmental projects and events
