Your tasks
Responsibility for the complete logistics of the ward pharmacies
Monitoring of inventory turnover, medication returns, and orders
Ensuring collaboration with nursing, physicians, hospital pharmacy, and external pharmacies
Co-responsibility for the ward pharmacy together with the nursing management
Member of the medication commission and pharmaceutical contact person in the interdisciplinary team
Triaging inquiries and providing information on medications
Control of expiration dates and controlled substances as well as conducting inventory
Assisting in the creation of SOPs and processes
Participation in patient visits and ward rounds
Your profile
Completed training as a pharmacy assistant EFZ
Efficient, independent, and flexible working style
High sense of responsibility and resilience
Strong communication skills
