Start date: from March 1, 2026, or by agreement

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the complete logistics of the ward pharmacies

  • Monitoring of inventory turnover, medication returns, and orders

  • Ensuring collaboration with nursing, physicians, hospital pharmacy, and external pharmacies

  • Co-responsibility for the ward pharmacy together with the nursing management

  • Member of the medication commission and pharmaceutical contact person in the interdisciplinary team

  • Triaging inquiries and providing information on medications

  • Control of expiration dates and controlled substances as well as conducting inventory

  • Assisting in the creation of SOPs and processes

  • Participation in patient visits and ward rounds

Your profile

  • Completed training as a pharmacy assistant EFZ

  • Efficient, independent, and flexible working style

  • High sense of responsibility and resilience

  • Strong communication skills
