What to expect

You will be part of a dedicated team of insurance specialists who support each other and take on responsible tasks:

• You take on a central role in the risk management of GVB Privatversicherungen AG's insurance portfolio

• You shape the underwriting policy and approval processes of GVB Privatversicherungen AG

• You further develop data evaluations and risk analyses and automate them if necessary

• You collaborate on rate adjustments, remediation concepts, and product adaptations

• You are involved in the creation of the reinsurance program of the GVB Group

What you bring

• Completed studies in a quantitatively oriented field such as mathematics, insurance science, statistics, data science, economics, or natural sciences

• Professional experience in the insurance industry is an advantage

• (Experience in product development, pricing, or passive reinsurance)

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and an independent working style

• Strong communication skills

• Enjoyment of teamwork – also across departments and with external partners

• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
