How your workday will be enriched:

• You actively participate in daily operations and handle inquiries from pre- and after-sales from customers as well as from the internal sales team, taking on technical consulting via email or phone

• You have technical responsibility for the area of Tech-Support Electrical and help to constantly optimize our customer satisfaction

• You conduct customer training on-site or in our own training facilities as needed

• You are responsible for processing and evaluating warranty cases

• You ensure that all administrative tasks are up to date

What sets you apart:

• You have an electrical engineering basic education or a craft basic education combined with the authorization according to Art. 14 NIV

• You have experience in the field of photovoltaics, preferably as a service technician (first leadership experience is an advantage)

• You possess confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)

• Furthermore, you are proficient with MS products and bring good IT skills

• You communicate appropriately at all times and convince with your high customer, quality, and service orientation as well as your sunny disposition

• You bring a self-reliant working style and a strong sense of responsibility
