What you bring
Training in social pedagogy HF/FH or comparable training
Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete a leadership training
Resilience, patience, and the will and ability to make a difference
Flexible and solution-oriented thinking and action
Good administrative skills and PC knowledge
A sense of humor

Leadership of two sub-teams
Responsibility for the quality of service delivery and team development
Responsibility for the people entrusted to you
Support and care for residents with special needs and the implementation of individual service programs

Who we are
For over 50 years, SSBL – Foundation for Self-Determined and Supported Living – has been accompanying and caring for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. Over 850 employees are committed every day with dedication and high professionalism to ensure that these individuals can lead a self-determined life.
In our residential groups Klewen 1a/1b, five people with cognitive and/or mental impairments live, who may exhibit challenging behavior and therefore require closer, recurring, and individual daily structures. The care mandate includes close pedagogical support that places the learning process at the forefront. In collaboration with our clients, alternative coping strategies are trained. The Living Structure (WOST) is oriented towards the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
