Aquilana is an independent health insurance company. We currently provide comprehensive services for around 64,000 insured individuals in both mandatory basic insurance and supplementary insurance. Our area of operation covers the whole of Switzerland, but we are regionally well established in the cantons of Aargau and Zurich.

To strengthen the benefits department at our headquarters in Baden, we are looking for a

Medical Assistant Trust Physician (80%)

You can expect a diverse and challenging area of work

• Receiving, carrying, and prioritizing the daily incoming VAD mail

• Direct verbal and written communication with the trust physician as well as preparation and forwarding of medical inquiries

• Correct case handling considering data protection and specialist requirements with the provision of own medical recommendations

• Administrative support for our case management and our trust physician in trust medical and dental clarifications

• Support in conducting recoveries from pharmaceutical companies regarding specific SL medications (including checking limitations) and medications according to Art. 71 KVV

• Creating standardized and individual correspondence to insured individuals, trust physician, case management, and service providers

• Contact with service providers and customers by phone, email, and at the counter

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in the commercial or medical field

• Several years of industry experience in social health insurance (KVG and VVG)

• Friendly, committed, and team-oriented personality

• Enjoyment in customer contact

• Fluent in German

• Good knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
