Your area of responsibility includes:

• Leading projects according to SIA standards through all phases

• Coordinating external planners, contractors, and service providers, ensuring qualitative implementation

• Conducting risk analyses and deriving measures

• Managing construction administration including procurement, contract management, and cost control

• Further developing quality assurance and establishing a database

• Ensuring project completion and handover to management

You bring:

• A university or technical college degree as a Architect, Civil Engineer, or Technician and further training in Project Management

• Experience in Project Realization and Client Support is an advantage

• Good financial knowledge in the real estate sector

• The willingness to work in a collegial and team-oriented manner

• Solution-oriented thinking as well as an understanding of economic contexts and cross-project goals

• Fluent German in spoken and written form
