Your area of responsibility includes:

• Personal support and advice for buyers during the project phase

• Coordination between construction and project management as well as the buyers

• Processing and monitoring of buyer requests, offers, contracts, and invoices

• Ensuring deadlines and quality requirements in collaboration with construction management

• Preparation and execution of shell construction inspections, approvals, and handovers

• Compilation of revision documents and support in the after-sales process

• Creation of buyer dossiers and marketing materials

You bring:

• Completed further education in the field of Real Estate (NDS), training as a draftsman in building construction with commercial knowledge or comparable experience in the construction or real estate sector

• Solid knowledge in the real estate and/or architecture sector

• Experience with processes of project realization and marketing

• Organizational talent, high social competence, and pronounced communication skills

• Resilient, reliable, and flexible – even during demanding client meetings

• Fluent in German in spoken and written form
