Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the timely creation, processing, and follow-up of offers.

• You advise our customers by phone on technical and commercial questions.

• You act as a competent contact person for customers, internal and external sales, and internal specialist departments for technically demanding projects.

• Close collaboration with system consultants and external sales.

• You develop complex system solutions independently or in collaboration with internal colleagues (external sales, product management) and external partners.

• You assist in coordinating and executing offer follow-ups in close coordination with external sales.

• You take responsibility for the technical accuracy and quality of the offers.

• You monitor market and competitive developments at the regional and product level.

• You ensure a structured filing of offers and the corresponding correspondence and ensure a smooth flow of information within the team.

• You perform various administrative tasks and take over representation in the offer process.

• You work according to the guidelines of our quality management system and actively contribute to its further development.

Profile

• Education: Completed basic training as a building services planner, specializing in heating, further training in the technical field

• Personality and Work Style: reliable, self-responsible, solution-oriented, resilient, and flexible

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the heating technology or HVAC industry

• Languages: German as a native language; any additional language such as French, English, or Italian is a plus
