Your tasks:
Daily business:
Independent management of assigned stations in the kitchen area
Creatively designing dishes as a team
Assembling daily menus
Mis en Place (lunch/dinner business)
Receiving and checking deliveries
Correct storage of food
Communication:
Open, positive, and constructive exchange within the team
Ensuring a smooth handover to team colleagues
Safety & cleanliness:
Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned work area and equipment
Your profile:
Great passion for cooking
Teamwork is a high priority
Loves to be creative in a small kitchen
High commitment to contribute and take responsibility
Completed vocational training as a cook
Aged between 20 – 35 years
