Création handicap, the graphic workshop of the Mathilde Escher Foundation, offers work-educationally supported workplaces in the field of graphics and web design.

With a team of employees requiring work-educational support, you ensure the administrative processes in the graphic workshop. You assist in creating cost estimates, invoicing orders, and managing the online shop. Additionally, your team handles shipping orders, operates the house's telephone switchboard, and collaborates on designing greeting cards.

Your tasks

You contribute to the autonomy of the employees by designing tasks and processes in such a way that disability-related limitations are compensated as much as possible. Specifically, this means:

• Leading a team of up to 12 employees with physical and some psychological limitations

• Responsibility for the quality and timely execution of orders

• Professional and work-educational support for team members

• Reference person work for employees with limitations

• Administrative tasks regarding both educational documentation and order-related matters

What we expect from you

With humor, organizational talent, teamwork skills, flexibility, and communicative strength, you contribute to a good working atmosphere. Additionally, you meet the following "hard facts":

• In-depth knowledge in order administration: creating cost estimates, invoicing, and accounting

• Very good PC skills, especially in the Office suite, as well as an affinity for IT programs, especially ERP software and image editing

• Further training in work education or willingness to do so
