To strengthen our team, we are looking for a vocational trainer for digital professions (80 %) at various GEWA locations (focus on Zollikofen and Schönbühl) starting January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

On behalf of the disability insurance, we train apprentices in the fields of media technology, interactive media design, and computer science. In addition to professional guidance, we support and promote our trainees individually, with the goal of preparing them for entry into the primary labor market.

This is your job

• Responsible for training in the fields of media technology, interactive media design, and computer science on behalf of the disability insurance

• Guidance and support for apprentices who are particularly challenged psychologically

• Creating individual training plans

• Coordinating internal and external deployment areas as well as supporting practical trainers

• Building and maintaining relationships with partner and internship companies

• Accompanying apprentices during their placements in external internship companies

• Maintaining contact with various training locations.

What you bring

• Professional basic education EFZ, preferably training in the design, graphic, or IT field

• Proven experience as a vocational trainer with a certificate as a vocational trainer

• Enjoyment in working with young people

• Precise expression in speech and writing

• Enthusiasm for the vision of GEWA

• High social competence
