Tasks
Preparation of work, setting up, operating, and monitoring the stamping insertion/foot presses and hand devices
Maintenance of machines and operating resources as well as their documentation
Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
Flow of information, coordination, and collaboration with other departments
Optimization of workflows as well as the use of machines and systems
Development of proposals for the production of tools, fixtures, and gauges
Creation of setup sheets
Deputizing for the department head
Profile
Completed mechanical vocational training
Many years of professional experience in the field of manual production of stamped-bent parts
Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings
Experience in metal forming and manufacturing technologies in this area
Enjoyment of independent work
Very precise and careful working style
Team-oriented, responsible, and motivated personality
Flexibility and readiness to work
Very good German language skills
