Shift Leader Paint Shop (m/f/d)
in a 2-shift operation
YOUR TASKS
Implementing the planned orders and assigning tasks to employees
Technical leadership and support of employees in their shift
Ensuring the required deadlines, quality, and production guidelines while maintaining economical production
Implementing the Lean concept in the sense of the KVP process
Resolving equipment malfunctions
Implementing the defined EKAS guidelines
YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Completed vocational training as an industrial painter EFZ, possibly as a car painter
Further training as a specialist in industrial painting
Several years of solid professional experience
Initial leadership experience
Further training in the commercial or technical field, good PC skills
High sense of responsibility
Has a high degree of initiative
Possesses a structured working method, is goal-oriented
Can assert themselves
Has intercultural competence and is team-oriented and communicative
