The Tanne is THE competence center for people with congenital hearing and vision disabilities, deafblindness, and related multiple sensory disabilities (including autism spectrum disorders) in German-speaking Switzerland.

For our clients in the adult sector, we are looking for a responsible and open-minded personality as of immediately or by arrangement

Social Educator or Specialist in Care (Adult Sector), 80%

Your tasks

• Individual and comprehensive support for our adult clients in the areas of housing, day care, leisure, promotion, and care

What you bring

• Completed training as a Social Educator HF/FH or FaBe EFZ for people with disabilities

• Expertise in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in work

• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations

• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of your own work-life balance

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team
