Social Educator (Children/Youth Sector), 80%

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for individual support, care, and leisure activities

• Promotion and support in collaboration with teachers and therapists

Your profile

• Completed training as a social educator HF/FH

• Expertise in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in the work

• Interest in specific challenges related to congenital hearing and vision disabilities and multiple sensory disabilities

• Interest in working with clients from the autism spectrum

• Passion for / interest in (Supported) Communication

• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations

• Practical and goal-oriented approach

• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of one's own work-life balance

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team
