The Tanne is THE competence center for people with congenital hearing and vision disabilities, deafblindness, and related multiple sensory disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, in German-speaking Switzerland.

To complement our night watch team, we are looking for a responsible individual as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as Night Watch, 80% immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the well-being of clients during the night together with two team colleagues

• Implementation of all necessary nursing and medical measures

• Monitoring of the technical safety system

Your profile

• Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH

• Accustomed to working independently and responsibly at night

• Exchange with professional colleagues within the night watch team and across teams is appreciated

• Open to challenges and collaborative learning

• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development

• Resilient, committed, and efficient

• Good German language skills and proficiency in Word and Excel to support administrative and organizational tasks
