Group Leader (Social Educator HF/FH), 80%

What you bring

• Completed training as a Social Educator HF/FH (mandatory)

• Expertise in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in work

• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations

• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of one's own work-life balance

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team

Your tasks

• Leading a residential group with 5-6 clients

• Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the team

• Support in maintaining clear structures and actively shaping a varied daily life at Tanne

• Individual and comprehensive care of our clients in the areas of living, day care, leisure, support, and care
