Your tasks

• You accompany ESG projects along the entire value chain of real estate to ensure they meet sustainable standards.

• In close cooperation with internal and external experts, you provide strategic advice for demanding new construction and renovation projects in our portfolio, with a clear focus on sustainability.

• Together with the internal client, you determine the best approaches in sustainable construction (e.g., SNBS, Minergie-ECO, DGNB/SGNI) for the projects.

• You accompany the certification process of the properties already in the feasibility study and study assignments, ensuring early integration of sustainable standards.

• In close collaboration with external specialists, you manage the digital planning processes in the field of sustainability and answer questions in all phases.

• You continuously develop the processes of sustainable construction using BIM and take the lead in implementing the circular economy.

• With your moderating talent, you lead workshops and promote interdisciplinary collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• You build and actively maintain a valuable network of relationships in German-speaking Switzerland to further advance sustainable development.

What distinguishes you

• You have a technical or scientific background that qualifies you as an expert in construction.

• Your specialties are sustainable construction and the circular economy, in which you have acquired extensive knowledge through several years of experience.

• You are familiar with various sustainability labels and ideally have initial experience in supporting certification processes, including SNBS and SGNI.

• Your thinking is holistic, and you always keep an overview of projects to ensure they meet their sustainability goals.

• Your entrepreneurial mindset, combined with negotiation skills and initiative, enables you to successfully manage and advance projects.

• You are a communication talent and value interdisciplinary collaboration, with perfect command of the German language both written and spoken.
