Your Tasks

• You will independently lead demanding renovation and conversion projects of yield properties of the Allreal Group, mainly concerning the portfolio of office properties in the Greater Zurich area.

• You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all planning and execution processes from tenant inquiries to the completion of warranty work.

• You will lead the planning team to successfully coordinate and direct the various stakeholders.

• You will coordinate the smooth collaboration between internal clients, authorities, planners, construction management, and contractors.

• You will keep a firm grip on schedule and cost control and make quality (PQM) as well as ensuring an efficient flow of information your trademark.

What Sets You Apart

• You have a degree as an architect, civil engineer, federal certified construction manager, or HF technician in civil engineering and have completed or planned further training in project management.

• Several years of Swiss construction and project management experience in building construction are in your toolbox.

• You are digitally savvy and work confidently with MS Office as well as construction administration programs (e.g., Provis/Messerli or Dalux).

• You can negotiate skillfully and are self-initiated.

• Leadership qualities, team spirit, and communication are your trademarks – you are the captain of your project team and ensure a clear course.
