About the Department

You are responsible for the telephone consulting in German/French and order acceptance from our commercial customers (hotels, hospitals, etc.). Complete order entry and processing (device/ spare part orders) are part of your tasks.

The coordination and monitoring of the flow of goods until the delivery of the devices, including the organization of the installation team, is your responsibility. You also support our field service with general administrative tasks.

This is the Task

  • Order entry for the assigned areas (including representation)

  • Spare part sales/consultation by phone

  • Project support in close coordination with the field service and customers

  • Processing of phone, email, electronic orders

  • Coordination and monitoring of the flow of goods including organization of the installation team

  • Material orders at headquarters and with suppliers

  • General administrative tasks (e.g., credit notes, direct debits, correspondence, etc.)
