Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Greater Zurich Area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of construction projects for sun protection products, taking into account local conditions and contractual terms

• Responsibility for the sold project until the completion of installation

• Ordering sun protection products based on plans or self-measured dimensions

• Participation and representation of our interests at construction meetings

• Coordination of subcontractors

• Administrative tasks in the course of project processing

• Communication with all parties involved in the project

• Clarification of disruptions in the order process, considering contractual foundations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the construction or construction-related industry, graduation from a higher technical school

• Experience in the field of sun protection or facade, window, and metal construction

• Understanding of technical drawings, CAD user knowledge (Auto-CAD)

• IT user knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

• Knowledge of order processing according to SIA 118

• Experience in project processing in the construction or construction-related industries

• Independent, responsible, reliable, resilient, team-oriented, winning personality
