The Company

Liebi is a specialist in modern and energy-efficient heating systems. We offer you the opportunity to contribute your skills in a dynamic, uncomplicated, and open environment. At our production site in the Burgholz industrial zone in Oey-Diemtigen, reachable by car in 15 minutes from Thun and 30 minutes from Bern, as well as immediate train connections, we are looking for a dispatcher for customer service as soon as possible or by arrangement.

The Role

• Together with the project managers and logistics, you coordinate the assembly and commissioning dates

• Processing customer inquiries and fault reports and planning the service technicians' assignments form the daily business

• Within the dispatch team, maintenance and service contracts are managed

• After the assignment, the orders are prepared for invoicing

Requirements

• A technical basic education with experience in customer support

• Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and quick comprehension

• Willingness to acquire knowledge in the field of heat generation and control technology

• Flexibility, independence, and a sense of responsibility

• German as a native language and oral French skills

• Solid knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with ERP systems
