In our 3-member IT team at the production site in Sins, we are looking for you as
IT Application Specialist
Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement
What are your tasks?
Taking on partial project management and actively participating in local and international IT application projects
Support and ensure the smooth operation of our SAP ECC6, WMS (Warehouse Management), and MES (Manufacturing Execution) applications including interfaces
Analytical detective work and root cause analysis in a heterogeneous system environment
Support SAP S/4HANA migration project
Driving the digitalization of our business processes based on SAP, MES, M365, and AI
Support and advise key users on all questions related to applications and processes
Ongoing maintenance of system documentation
Support in 1st/2nd level support on-site in all ICT matters
What do you bring?
Successfully completed higher vocational training in computer science
More than 2 years of professional experience as an application specialist in the manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP modules
Enjoyment in troubleshooting and solving complex technical puzzles
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Initial experience in the SAP development environment is an advantage
Solid knowledge in the area of WMS and MES as well as interfaces is an advantage
Good process understanding in the industrial environment to implement cross-module optimizations
Hands-on mentality and a high service orientation in the SME environment
Enjoyment and experience in collaborating with external service providers
Very good German and English skills
