As a specialist companion in the night service, you ensure that our residents are well accompanied, cared for, and safe during the night – especially those with challenging behavior. You work independently, remain calm when things get intense, and know when teamwork is needed.

Responsibilities

• Present and empathetic support for our residents during the night

• Individual care and support as needed

• Administrative and organizational tasks

• Documentation of your night shift

Profile

• Completed training in social or health care (e.g., nursing specialist FH/HF, FaBe, FaGe, etc.)

• Experience with people with challenging behavior – or the motivation to develop in this area

• Independent, responsible working style

• Team spirit, enthusiasm for communication, and the ability to keep a cool head even at night
