Your Impact

• You lead our Electrical Engineering department at the Lucerne location and bear technical and personnel responsibility.

• You actively contribute to the further development of our location as a member of the site management.

• You represent the managing director and ensure operational operations.

• You lead and develop around 25 electrical engineering specialists – together with the team leaders.

• You bring in modern ideas, promote motivation and development, and strengthen team spirit.

• You represent the department within the entire SCHERLER group as an experienced leader.

• You build your own team within the Electrical Engineering department and take full responsibility for it.

• You use your network to acquire new projects and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• You advise clients and project partners in a solution-oriented and competent manner – even with complex issues.

What You Bring

• A solid technical education (FH/HF) such as building technology, electrical engineering, or federal diploma in electrical installation – ideally complemented by a business management qualification.

• Several years of experience in managing complex electrical projects.

• Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness, and a respectful approach to people.

• Customer-oriented thinking, enthusiasm for innovation, and a sense for pragmatic solutions.

• Enjoyment in developing teams and shaping structures.
