For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for you as

Head of Electrical Engineering & Member of the Management Team Lucerne 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Leadership of the electrical engineering department as a member of the management team and technical as well as personnel responsibility for the department

• Deputy of the Managing Director

• Management and further development of the electrical engineering department with around 25 employees in collaboration with the team leaders

• Motivation of the team through innovative ideas and solid technical know-how

• Representation of the department as a management member within the entire corporate group

• Responsibility for building and leading your own team within the electrical engineering department

• Utilization and maintenance of the existing network for acquiring new contracts

• Competent and solution-oriented consulting for clients and project partners

Your profile

• Solid technical training at the FH or HF level, e.g., as a BSc in Building Electrical Engineering, BSc in Electrical Engineering, federal diploma in Electrical Installation, or a comparable qualification; ideally, you have completed a business management further education

• Assertiveness and a high level of social competence

• Several years of experience as a project manager in electrical engineering of complex projects

• You are customer-oriented, innovative, and possess strong leadership qualities
