Further development of the functional strategy for procurement and logistics together with the specialist management
Market analysis for timely definition and implementation of procurement measures
Further development of procurement guidelines together with the specialist management
Responsible for infrastructure procurements in coordination with the stakeholders, cost center managers, project managers, department heads; considering the functional strategy and procurement guidelines
Leading a demand and procurement planning based on the ER and investment planning
Further development of the tools relevant for infrastructure procurement in collaboration with the specialist management, taking into account the needs of the infrastructure and the stakeholders. Training on the tools in the area of infrastructure
Recording, processing, and controlling of suppliers and orders for infrastructure in SAP
This travel luggage you bring with you
Completed vocational training with further education, e.g., in purchasing, engineering, or project management in the construction sector
Experience in public procurement law
Good German skills (spoken/written) and proficient PC user skills
Preferable: Experience with the operational programs SAP
Responsibility, independence, and good team and conflict management skills
Confident, open, and courteous demeanor
Resilience and a persuasive and assertive personality
