Your area of responsibility includes:
Independent handling and answering of customer inquiries via phone, email, and postal mail
Receiving and processing complaints
Receiving disturbance reports and recording them in the system
General administrative tasks
You have:
A completed commercial or equivalent training
Very good Italian skills and additionally good German or French skills, both spoken and written
Sales and service-oriented approach
Customer-friendly, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking
Communicative, open, and team-oriented
Enjoyment of phone communication
Good MS Office 365 skills and ideally Navision knowledge
Experience in direct customer contact
