The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

• Preparation for the annual audit

• Assistance in the further development of controlling and MIS

• Support in the annual budgeting process

• Collaboration on projects in the finance area

• Involvement in the further development of internal company processes and their automation as well as digitization

• Key User for the ERP "Cobus"

• Support during vacation absences in accounts payable and receivable management

The ideal qualifications are:

• Completed training as a federal specialist in finance and accounting

• Several years of experience in relevant areas, preferably in the industrial sector with in-house production

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP experience with ERP Cobus and Infoniqa one 200 is desirable

• High affinity for numbers, discretion, self-motivation, and openness to new things

• Precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Resilient personality with a strong quality standard

• Very accurate and precise working method

• Active participation with a hands-on mentality

• Native German speaker, English skills at B2 level
