Social Worker for Coaching Youth (60 – 80 %) Employment Integration
At the Employment Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job-seeking individuals on their path to employment in the primary labor market or vocational training. Integration occurs through education, application training, and practical experience, combined with intensive coaching. Are you a motivated person who enjoys shaping your work area and would like to advise and accompany youth and young adults on their journey starting immediately or by arrangement? Your Tasks
Implementation of the program according to the concept
Case management and responsibility for the vocational integration process including reporting
Coaching of youth and young adults
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external organizations
Taking on acquisition activities (e.g., for placement opportunities)
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable is mandatory; preferably supplemented with coaching training
Professional experience in coaching youth and/or young adults
Good knowledge of the labor market
Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration in a professional team
High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
