Claims Processor for Outpatient Services 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Diverse range of tasks: Comprehensive review and processing of outpatient invoices with a focus on dental services and foreign invoices.
Customer support: Ensuring timely processing of inquiries from customers, service providers/invoicers within the scope of the responsibilities, combined with excellent customer advice over the phone and occasionally at the counter.
Communication as the key to quality: Specialized correspondence with insured individuals, service providers, and authorities for quality assurance and process optimization.
Requirements
Education: Completed commercial or medical vocational training (preferably dental assistant).
Expertise: Knowledge in the field of health and private insurance is an advantage.
Personality: Reliable, quality- and team-oriented work style, friendly and customer-oriented behavior.
Language skills: Fluent German and good oral skills in English, French, or Italian are advantageous.
Social and methodological skills: A confident, well-groomed appearance as well as good organizational and communication talent.
