What to Expect
Credit Decision
Focus on corporate financing (main segments renewable energies, sustainable SMEs, organic agriculture, and social institutions).
Thorough analysis of loan applications focusing on assessing risks, strengths, and weaknesses of applicants as well as their financial metrics.
Evaluating repayment capacity and the quality of the offered collateral.
Systematically monitoring loans to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and the quality of the bank's loan portfolio.
Responsible for capturing balance sheets, renewing and updating loan files to ensure compliance with requirements and risk transparency.
Creating clear, objective, and well-founded analysis reports to support decision-making (credit committee).
Recommending well-founded decisions (approval, rejection, or adjustment of conditions) considering internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
Training and accompanying employees to ensure the necessary competencies.
What We Expect
Education, Experience, and Expertise
Completed university degree in business administration or finance.
At least 7–10 years of professional experience in corporate lending.
In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, as well as evaluating business models and industry risks.
Experience in structuring and drafting bilateral and syndicated financing, including collateral management.
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and credit processes.
Ability to assess, decide, and communicate complex issues clearly and precisely – both in writing and verbally.
Personal Skills
High degree of responsibility and independence.
Team-oriented and proactive working style with high initiative.
German as a native language and very good French skills.
