Your Contribution
Be responsible for the vision, strategy, and sustainable economic benefit and success of our core system for alerting the population throughout its lifecycle, ensuring quality, functionality, releases, and operational stability.
Take technical leadership of all individuals involved in the product and guide teams in both traditional and agile working methods.
Coordinate and prioritize the needs of all internal and external stakeholders and service providers, derive future product features from them, and maintain important customer relationships.
Define, develop, and implement the product or service vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as actively manage and prioritize the Product Backlog.
Be responsible for the financial management of the product, including budget allocation, business cases, and managing the return on investment (ROI).
What Makes You Unique
University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or Telecommunications or an equivalent qualification.
Proven understanding and extensive industry experience in ICT management, project management, information security, and quality management, particularly in environments with demanding stakeholders and complex systems.
2-4 years of professional experience in the technical leadership of service providers as a Product Owner, combined with relevant methodological skills.
A high degree of design and problem-solving skills, excellent editorial skills, strong abstract thinking, and conceptual, analytical, and interconnected thinking abilities.
Active knowledge of two official languages and English, passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage.

It provides foundations and coordination, particularly in the areas of risk analysis, warning and alerting, training, telematics, and protective infrastructure, as well as disaster medicine, ABC protection, and disarmament. Together with the cantons and other national and international partners, it has the capabilities, current technologies, and infrastructures to manage disasters and emergencies.
