What you can achieve with us:
Technical and personnel leadership of a small team (20% of the total volume)
Identification and analysis of business requirements and corresponding translation into IT requirements
Potential analyses and technical further development of existing software applications in fleet management, especially Zedas
Obsolescence management of software applications, development and assessment of replacement options regarding functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Responsible for software, diagnostics, and documentation as well as the implementation of cyber security in the rolling stock area
Training and support for users in various systems
Collaboration with vehicle procurement
Participation in long-term fleet strategy and planning
This travel luggage you bring along:
Completed technical vocational training or Matura with a completed degree as an engineer in computer science, automation, or business informatics
Experience in railway vehicle technology and railway-specific expertise
Further training in process and/or project management is an advantage
Initial experience in leadership or as a project manager in the railway sector is an advantage
Good German skills (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of French and English
Very confident handling of digital work tools and business software
