As Co-Chief Physician in Psychiatry, you will play a key role in the management and shape the future of our department together with the co-management. Your Responsibilities
Overall operational responsibility for the Psychiatry department: You will take on strategic and operational leadership and bear full responsibility for the team, structures, and processes.
Leadership and development of the team: Coaching, promoting, and further developing the leading physicians, senior physicians, and assistant physicians as well as the psychotherapists.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close cooperation with other business areas such as internal medicine, checkpoint, and medical services.
Participation in management: You will be part of the management team, proactively bringing psychiatry into discussions and representing the department internally and externally.
Further development of therapy concepts and structures: You will drive the optimization of processes, quality management, and efficiency improvements.
Project work and network maintenance: Initiating and supporting projects, building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Ensuring quality and innovation: You will ensure that the department continuously provides high-quality, modern, and evidence-based offerings.
What You Bring
Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (FMH), preferably with a focus on addiction disorders.
Many years of experience in responsible leadership positions in the psychiatric field.
Solid knowledge of addiction medicine.
Future-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial action combined with initiative.
