What you will do with us

• You configure our software solutions for our Solution Input Management based on the requirements in small projects as well as change requests in ongoing operations.

• For needs around Solution Input Management, you advise our customers and our Scan & BPO Center regarding the technical implementation and integration of the solutions.

• As part of our Continuous Improvement Program, you are jointly responsible with the team for implementing technical optimizations to the solutions of our Scan & BPO Center.

• You analyze technical disruptions, resolve them, and ensure the functionality of the solutions.

• Together with the team, you take responsibility for delivering services according to our service contracts and the operation of the solutions for our Scan & BPO Center.

• You independently prepare the annual service meetings with our customers, conduct them, and handle the follow-up.

• You support our sales team in responding to customer inquiries, creating effort estimates, and providing technical advice to customers.

What distinguishes you

• You approach your tasks proactively and in a structured manner, finding the best solution for the customer with your service-oriented and helpful nature.

• You enjoy working independently but also coordinate with your colleagues in the team when needed.

• You have basic technical knowledge in the Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, and Exchange environment as well as in application and interface development. Ideally, you are familiar with web APIs (REST, SOAP, or similar), data mapping/transformation (XML/SXLT, JSON), and common scripting languages.

• You have completed training or education in the IT field and have already gained experience in a similar position. Ideally, you have had contact with technologies related to our core Solution Input Management.

• Professional communication (written and oral) in German and English is a matter of course for you. French is an advantage.
