For our residential care center with 38 single rooms and 2 holiday rooms, we are looking for a

Head of Technical Services with EFZ (Facility Maintenance, Electrician or other profession), 80 – 100%

Your diverse range of tasks includes:

• Management of building maintenance

• Monitoring and maintenance of installations, IT systems, and vehicles

• Maintenance and control as well as upkeep and repairs of buildings and equipment

• Design and maintenance of green spaces in the outdoor and indoor areas

• Responsibility for fire protection as well as occupational safety and health protection

• Leading a small team, training apprentices, participating in management

What you bring:

• Practical experience in one or more areas of Technical Services

• Independent and reliable working style

• Team spirit and sense of responsibility

• Flexibility in work deployment, participation in on-call services

• Written and spoken German skills

• Courteous interaction with our residents

• Driving license category B
