The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld, located close to the city, centrally, and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer a home with high individuality for up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs.

Nurse HF 60%-90% for Night Shift

Your Area of Responsibility

• Professional responsibility at night for the assigned residents

• Taking on primary responsibility in collaboration with support staff

• Active participation in the implementation of care guidelines and concepts

• Active involvement in thematic carrier groups

What Sets You Apart

• Joy and energy for competent care and support during the night shift

• In-depth knowledge in palliative care, care and support for people with dementia, and kinaesthetics

• High understanding of care quality and its implementation

• High level of empathy

• RAI/RUG knowledge is an advantage
