The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld, located close to the city, centrally, and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs a home with high individuality.
To complement our kinesthetic team, we are looking for a
Specialist in Applied Kinesthetics or Peer Tutor 10-20%
Your area of responsibility
Close collaboration with our Kinesthetics management
Assuming the role of trainer or peer tutor in the assigned living groups
Implementing the kinesthetic concept
There is the possibility to additionally work as a nursing specialist or health specialist, workload as desired
Assuming responsibility for day and evening shifts
Taking on the role of reference and contact person for the assigned residents
Active interdisciplinary collaboration with the responsible professional team

Action competence in the field of kinesthetics

Independence, empathy, teamwork, and networked thinking
In-depth expertise in palliative care and knowledge in the areas of care and support for people with dementia
High understanding of care quality and its implementation
RAI/RUG knowledge and courses are an advantage
